The Organizing Committee consists of six students, who have all gained experience in organizing student (sports) events before. They fulfill the following functions:

• President
• Vice-president
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Sports Director
• PR Director

The Organizing Committee is assisted by the Advisory Board and Recommendations Committee. The Organizing Committee determines the policy for WUC Cycling 2008,   while the operational committees assist in executing this policy. In the final stage of preparation and during the event many volunteers will help to make the event a great success.
