How to participate >
All competitors must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be a national of the country they represent
- Be at least 17 and under the age of 28 on January 1st 2008
The selection of participants is the National University Sports Federation’s responsibility.

The maximum number of competitors per country will be 40.
- The projected number of participating countries is 20.

Costs
Participation will cost US$ 60,- per day, plus a sole US$ 20,- FISU fee.
Countries with the euro as currency can pay in euro's: € 45,- per day, plus a sole € 14,- FISU fee.
This contribution includes as well accommodation as food and beverages.

All the countries's deposit should be in our account on the 22nd of March 2008 at the latest.
- Deposit when paid in Euros: € 10 per person per day
- Deposit when paid in US Dollars: $ 15 per person per day
Your deposit will be credited to the total participation fee your delegation has to pay. Upon arrival in Nijmegen the head of delegation will pay the remaining balance. After your account is settled your delegation will receive its accreditation.
We expect your delegation to arrive together on one of the arrival dates specified below and stay with us for 6 days. This is used as the basis for your deposit. As soon as you know when your delegation will be arriving in Nijmegen, we urge you to contact our organization so the necessary arrangements such as transportation and accommodation can be adjusted to your time schedule. If your delegation needs visa, you should also apply for a Schengen visa as soon as possible! More information, click here.
