Marianne Vos (Wijk en Aalburg, 13 mei 1987) is a young Dutch cyclist. She won a lot of national, European and world championships in the youth categories before turning cyclo-cross world champion in 2006, in Zeddam. Earlier that winter she had already won the European title in cyclo-cross. That year she went on winning her first national title (Maastricht) ánd her first world title (Salzburg) on the road.

 

Since May 15th 2007, Vos is the leader in the UCI women's ranking. This winter she took up track racing as well and she managed to become world champion in her first championships in Manchester straight away. Her main goal for this season are the Olympics. Vos rides for the DSB cycling team.
